All prices include daily hot breakfasts, daily three-course dinners, daily over-snow transport to and from lifts, and over-snow transport upon arrival and departure between Perisher Skitube Terminal and lodge. Also, free luggage storage upon arrival and departure if outside normal check-in/out times (2pm/10am).

Children are 4-17 years old. Children 0-3 years old are free. Single and group rates available upon request.

Terms & Conditions

Payments

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking, inclusive of all services ("Total Cost"), must be received within 7 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed' Failure to do so may

result in the reservation being automatically cancelled without notice.

Final payment of the remaining 75% of the Total cost must be received no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the booking being automatically cancelled without notice. cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the cancellation Conditions set out below. lf the date on which the reservation is made or the date on which the deposit is otherwise due, is less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, immediate payment in full of the Total cost is required at the time of making the reservation unless otherwise notified to you at the time the reservation is made

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation of a booking must be in writing and must be received by Management at the address or fax number stated at the end of these Terms and conditions. cancellation fees will be charged on confirmed bookings in accordance with the following cancellation conditions. Failure to make final payment on the due date may result in an automatic cancellation of the booking without notice and the following cancellation conditions will also apply.

Cancellation Conditions

Bookings cancelled rnore than 60 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 550'00' Bookings cancelled 30-60 days prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the Total Cost' For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Total Cost will be incurred (that is, there will be no refund), unless another booking of equal value can be obtained to replace the cancelled booking.

Weather Conditions

Under no circumstances can Management be held responsible for snow or weather conditions, nor can any holidays be cancelled other than in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed above.

Changes, Responsibility and Further Conditions

All information in respect of goods and services offered including prices is subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice. Management reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any arrangements or prices in regard to accommodation and lift pass packages. The right to alter prices referred to in the preceding paragraph applies until Management has received a deposit.

Midweek stays are sunday to Thursday nights. weekend stays are Friday and saturday nights. Minimum stay requirements may apply and you will be notified of any such requirements at the time you make a reservation packages may not be available during certain periods and are subject to availability at all times.

Activities may be hazardous and involve risk to participants. Participants should carefully assess risks and their own fitness level in choosing activities. No responsibility or liability is accepted or undertaken by Management, its employees, agents or contractors or any independent operator, its employees, agents or contractors for any death, injury, accident, damage to personal property including baggage or any other matter arising from any act omission or thing outside their control.

ln addition to the terms and conditions set out above any booking is subject to such further terms and conditions as advised at the time of booking or as may be displayed at time of utilization of the item or service' Any provision of or the application of any provision of these terms and conditions which is void illegal or unenforcible in any jurisdiction does not affect the validity, legality or enforcement of that provision in any other jurisdiction or of the remaining provision in that or any other jurisdiction.

lnsurance

Management always considers it wise and strongly recommends you obtain travel insurance. This insurance can protect against loss of personal belongings, public liability and also against your need to cancel under certain conditions as indicated in your travel insurance brochure.
